Kim is an amazing agent and overall great person. She was referred to us by a friend and so we knew that she was going to be good but she went so far above and beyond for us. She is very knowledgeable about the the neighborhoods we were looking in – Baldwin Hills, View Park, Windsor Hills, Leimert Park because she grew up around that area. As first time home buyers, we didn’t know what we were getting ourselves in to or know how hard the process was but Kim was there to help guide us along the entire way. She helped us find the best house for our family and offered a lot of great advice and also helped negotiate with the seller and walked us through the long and grueling escrow process. She is one of the most patient people we know!!
