For almost 30 years, Kimberly Calvert Lehman was groomed to be a real estate expert.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kimberly’s initial real estate education came from both sides of her family, having grown up with two grandfathers as real estate brokers, one of which also invested in real estate. After graduating from UCLA in 2000, she deepened her love affair with Los Angeles real estate as a public relations and marketing associate for architects and interior designers with Taylor & Co. Public Relations in West Los Angeles. While there she began to truly understand what made the homes in Los Angeles distinctly beautiful, and the variety of architectural styles that exist throughout the city. Her affinity for architecture and design, love for the city of Los Angeles, and the knowledge shared with her by her grandfathers eventually led her to merge these interests into a fruitful career in real estate. 

Since getting licensed, Kimberly has developed an expertise in helping clients through a variety of transaction types, including probate, trusts, first-time home sellers and buyers, distressed, relocation and high-end leases. Her focus as a Realtor® is to provide clients with the highest level of customer service while meeting their real estate goals. She has assembled a team of professionals – from attorneys to stagers – to make each transaction easy for her clients. As such, she has a track record of success and has built 90% of her business from referrals from past clients, friends, and family. 

More importantly, Kimberly keeps the words of her grandfathers at the forefront of each work day: “Real estate is a service business to help others. You are either helping someone acquire of sell their greatest asset. Maintaining their trust in you should be your greatest priority”. Taking these words to heart, Kimberly views her business not from a sales standpoint, but as a service to help others. No transaction is too big or small – and price point does not determine how client’s are prioritized. Each client she has the pleasure of serving are critically important to her success.
