Kimberly exceeded our expectations as our agent. She was extremely professional, listened to all of our needs and wishes on what we were looking for in a rental home, was very responsive, and incredibly friendly. We began our search on our own thinking it would cost us a lot to work with an agent. Come to find the agent fees are paid for by the home owner so it would have been crazy for us not to have an agent on our side who is knowledgable about the neighborhoods, what is typical in a rental agreement, and knows about more listings.
