Our experience began with KC sitting down with us and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the competitive LA market. Based on our input (budget, ideal location), KC provided excellent options in our neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs. To start, we spent approximately two-three days a week visiting listings while KC shared her honest truth about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house. We were very new to LA real estate market, but specifically Leimert Park/Crenshaw, Baldwin Hills and were never disappointed with his feedback – always spot on. What impressed us the most was KC’s level of patience navigating the real estate market during the height of a pandemic. That in itself was a remarkable for her to work through.
Most important to us, KC was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart.
